How do I prepare for a Telephone or Video interview?
This type interview is often a screening process before being invited to a face to face interview it is therefore very important you fully prepare for your interview to ensure you get the all-important invite to a formal interview or since Covid is a regular replacement of the first interview process.

Prepare: Study the job brief we have provided to ensure you have a full understanding of the job role and they type of candidate the company are looking for. Write down your key attributes and have this available during your interview so you can quickly get your skill set across to your interviewer
Location: Ensure you have a quiet place ready for your interview where there will be no interruptions and ensure there can be no background noise or distractions.
Battery life: If you are using your mobile ensure you have a fully charged battery and a good reception area.
Be on time: Make sure you are available and ready to take the call and the time allocated for your interview.
Tone of voice: Ensure you’re enthusiastic, use positive language and speak clearly.
