    Fixed Cost Recruitment

    We believe that the Executive recruitment sector in our industry has some astronomically high fees and a such a huge variance in the final fee because of the potential salary ranges offered. We want clients to know exactly what the cost of the recruitment will be and as such we have a specific fee which is geared to Executive recruitment on assignments that are typically offering a base salary of £75k or above.

    FEE – Total £15k + VAT in three separate payments:

    One: £5k + VAT Upfront Retention Payment – Payable on instruction.

    Two: £5k + VAT on receiving a written acceptance of the offer from the successful candidate.

    Three: £5k + VAT on commencement of employment.

    Common Questions:

    What if we appoint an internal candidate? “You will have paid the £5k retainer, no further fee will be due to Sharples Davies”.

    What if it goes wrong? “Providing our payment terms have been adhered too then for Executive Recruitment we offer a free replacement if the person leaves for any reason other than redundancy in the first 3 months.

    What if we decide to stop the recruitment? “- “You will have paid the £5k retainer, no further fee will be due to Sharples Davies”.
