Our client is a well-established and highly respected provider of specialist services to the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing sectors. With over 20 years of industry expertise, they’ve built an outstanding reputation for quality, reliability and exceptional customer service.

Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for a driven Account Manager to take ownership of the East Midlands region.

The Role

As Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and expanding customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner while promoting the full value of the company’s services.

This is a varied role combining account management with construction project development, where you’ll:

• Retain, develop and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify and convert new business opportunities by adding value and sharing best practice
• Manage and expand key accounts, prospects and national customers
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

About You

• Proven sales experience (construction sector desirable, but not essential)
• Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach
• Confident, persuasive and professional when presenting and demonstrating solutions
• Motivated, organised and results-driven
