    Account Manager – North London (Remote/Field-Based)

    Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for your next challenge?

    We’re hiring on behalf of a client who is part of a respected group in the hire industry. This role is with the UK’s leading provider of mechanical and electrical press fittings and low-level access products, supporting the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) sector for over 20 years.

    The Role

    You’ll be home-based, covering North London, with a focus on growing and maintaining relationships across key accounts and projects.

    This is a mix of account management and project development – ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also identifying new business opportunities.

    You’ll be working with contractors, introducing innovative solutions, and demonstrating how the company can add real value on site.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and targeted accounts
    • Develop business with subcontractors on major construction projects
    • Conduct presentations and product demos for key decision-makers
    • Work closely with national customers to build long-term partnerships
    • Deliver revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within your territory
    • Promote best practices, technical innovation, and specialist knowledge

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven B2B sales experience (construction or related industry preferred, but not essential)
    • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach
    • Confident communicator with great presentation and persuasion skills
    • Interest in technical products and engineering principles
    • Highly organised and self-motivated with solid time management skills
    • Comfortable using IT systems and setting clear sales objectives
    • Full UK driving licence required
