📍 Location: Home-based, covering South Wales & South West

We’re recruiting for an Account Manager to join a leading provider in the hire industry, specialising in mechanical and electrical press fittings and low-level access products. They have been serving the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industries for over 20 years, and are part of a company that values and rewards its employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Account Management: Build and strengthen relationships with your account base and projects to increase awareness of the company’s services and products.
• Sales Development: Meet and exceed revenue targets through the development of key accounts, national customers, and new prospects.
• Business Growth: Develop new business by offering innovative solutions and product expertise.
• Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demos for target customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a construction-related sector (though this isn’t essential).
• Strong ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
• Confident in presenting and demonstrating products.
• A self-starter, eager to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to target new accounts and manage large projects.
• Interest in technical products and understanding engineering principles would be a plus.
• IT literate and good at managing your time and objectives.
