    Are you an Account Manager looking for a new role?

    We’re currently recruiting for a client who is part of a larger group who specialise within the hire industry, this role is for the leading provider of mechanical and electrical press fittings and low -level access products. They have been supplying specialist services to the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing industries for over twenty years! Our client is part of a company that values their employees, they celebrate and reward your skills and expertise.

    This role will allow you to be based from home but cover West London, Staines and the surrounding areas.

    Within the Account Manager role you will be required to retain, develop and increase the relationships with the targeted account base and projects to increase customer awareness of the benefits of using the company.

    The role requires a tenacious Account Manager with the ability to not only meet but exceed their revenue targets through the development of existing key accounts prospects and national customers.

    The role is a mix of account management and construction project development. You will be required to develop new business by adding value through best practice, product innovation and specialism. Presentations and demonstrations will be required with target customers.

    We are looking for a candidate who is eager to develop their knowledge of the organisation, its people, and its services and who also seeks to improve their own skills throughout their career.

    • Must have proven sales experience, ideally within a construction related sector, although this is not essential.
    • Can build long lasting mutually beneficial relationships with prospective customers.
    • Have a confident and persuasive nature when presenting and demonstrating.
    • You will be joining a successful team and should have proven sales experience, ideally within a construction related sector.
    • Ability to target new prospect accounts and develop sub-contractor spend at major project level within a defined geographical territory.
    • An interest in technical products with an ability to understand the principles of engineering would be desirable.
    • A degree of IT literacy is required along with the ability to manage your time effectively by setting clear objectives.

    Renumeration:

    • Negotiable base salary + Uncapped bonus paid quarterly
