    Are you based in or around Skelmersdale?

    We’re currently recruiting for a Manufacturer and Supplier of portable cabins and modular buildings. They currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to assist and provide support to the financial controller.

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Posting and reconciliation of Bank Account
    • Process Credit card and cash expenses.
    • Assist with month end closing and journal posting.
    • Process payroll through Sage Payroll
    • Sales invoicing
    • Chasing of customer debts and producing debtor report for group.
    • Assist with payment of suppliers.

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Hold, or be working studying towards AAT level 3.
    • Experience of payroll processes (not essential)
    • The ability to communicate with all levels across the business.
    • Must have a very good level of IT Proficiency – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
    • Must have knowledge and be able to demonstrate use of formulas such as VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
