Our client is a UK leading manufacturer of interior systems with all their products being renowned for their innovative design, quality, reliability and performance not only in the UK, but across the world, supplying expanding markets in Europe, the Indian sub-continent, the Middle East, and USA.
They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to based in Coseley.
Key Objectives:
- Customer Sales order processing
- Handling customer enquiries and queries
- Answering telephone calls
- General Administration
- Invoicing
- Filing
- Managing Office Supplies
- Producing purchase orders with suppliers
- Chasing outstanding supplier purchase orders
Key Skills:
- At least Three years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Excellent customer service skills to promote client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Strong organisational skills to plan, prioritise and execute duties
- Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
- Good telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Accuracy & Attention to detail
- Working on own initiative
- Work under pressure
