    We are currently recruiting for a manufacturer of roofing products specifically membranes and insulation. They are one of the UK’s leading roofing and construction manufacturers, supplying quality products to building and roofing merchants nationwide for over 15 years. The organisation has continued to grow exponentially and is regarded as  one of the market leaders in roofing and construction.

    They are looking for an area sales manager to cover the Southeast (London, Kent Sussex).

    The Area Sales Manager role will be pivotal in this continued growth & this role is suited to candidates who are looking to create and run their own area.

    This is a varied role suitable for an experience sales professional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and thinking outside of the box.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Working with regional/National housebuilders
    • Working with building control, councils, planners.
    • Building relationships with roofing contractors, Merchants & Distributors to gain maximum return on our product range.
    • Becoming the go to person for roofing needs in the area.

    Key Skills:

    • Experienced & successful salesperson with a proven track record of building sales areas and exceeding targets.
    • Must be highly driven and have a determination to succeed.
    • Highly self-motivated and clear communicator in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
    • An organised individual who can effectively multitask and effectively prioritise.
    • Experience working in a high growth SME is desirable but not essential.
    • An eagerness to grow and develop within the organisation.
