    We’re working with a well-established manufacturer of roofing membranes and insulation products, supplying high-quality materials to building and roofing merchants across the UK for over 15 years.

    Renowned for innovation, service, and product quality, they’ve become one of the most recognised names in the roofing and construction sector—and they’re still growing rapidly.

    Now, they’re looking for a driven and dynamic Area Sales Manager to take ownership of the Midlands territory and continue driving their expansion.


    The Role

    As Area Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and managing your region. This is a great opportunity for a proactive salesperson who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to get results.

    You’ll be the go-to contact for roofing products in your area, working with housebuilders, contractors, local authorities, merchants, and distributors.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Build strong relationships with regional and national housebuilders
    • Engage with building control, planners, and local councils
    • Develop and maintain strong links with roofing contractors, merchants, and distributors
    • Drive awareness and usage of the full product range
    • Take full ownership of your sales territory and performance
    • Become the trusted expert for roofing solutions in your region

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven track record in field sales, ideally in the roofing or construction industry
    • Strong ability to build new sales areas and exceed targets
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and full of initiative
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Able to manage multiple priorities and stay highly organised
    • Experience in a fast-growing SME is a bonus, but not essential
    • Eagerness to grow within the company and develop professionally
