    We’re currently recruiting for one of the UK’s leading roofing and construction manufacturers in the UK, supplying quality products to building and roofing merchants nationwide for over 15 years. They are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager on the walling side to cover the South of England.

    Key Objectives:

    • Achieve Sales and Margin target for specified sales area.
    • Support Sales Director with UK key accounts.
    • Present CPD seminars to architectural practices and other specifiers.
    • Host and present online webinars on various technical subjects.
    • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
    • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
    • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales contacts.
    • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.
    • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
    • Producing reports for management when required.
    • Training presentations to key distributors in UK.
    • Ensure we have the last shout on business with contactor base.
    • Aware constantly of sales opportunities in sales area.
    • Diary management for appointment making.

    Key Skills:

    • Experienced & successful salesperson with a proven track record of building sales areas and exceeding targets.
    • Must be highly driven and have a determination to succeed.
    • Highly self-motivated and clear communicator in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
    • An organised individual who can effectively multitask and effectively prioritise.
    • Experience working in a high growth SME is desirable but not essential.
    • An eagerness to grow and develop within the organisation.
    • Full UK Drivers Licence
