We’re currently recruiting for one of the UK’s most respected plumbing businesses with locations spread across the UK. They’re currently recruiting for an Assistant Profit Centre Manager. This role is to be based in Tamworth.
If you have the experience in selling plumbing, heating and bathroom products to the trade and public this could be for you!

- Monday – Friday: 07:00-17:00
- Alternated Saturdays 08:00-12:00
Principal Responsibilities
- Grow sales & Trading numbers
- Have the capability to manage and deliver to a wide range of customer demands, whilst driving sales and maximising the Branch’s profitability
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained in Branch by providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, company policies and procedures
- Assist with Sales and Returns
- Assist with stock control/stocktakes and audits

- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service with a hands-on customer focused approach
- Proactively engage with existing and potential future customers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
