We’re looking for a Branch Manager to manage the day to day running of the branch in Weston-Super-Mare (BS postcode). If you have experience in selling to National Housebuilders and Contractors, then we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage the day to day running of the branch
You will have a particular focus on sales performance and customer service
You will be having to lead by example and motivate your team of 6 deliver outstanding service.
You will need to be a self-motivated individual who can embrace change and motivate others to do so.
You will need to meet targets, build strong relationships with customers and exploiting business opportunities.
Knowledge & Experience
Previous branch management experience preferably within the construction industry.
Great interpersonal skills, tenacious and level-headed with the ability to manager a varied team
A level-headed decision maker who understands the importance of people in the successful running of a business.
To be profit driven and ambitious, a great team player with great interpersonal skills
A desire to learn and develop your career within the company.
Experience of all aspects of a branch including sales and customer service, CRM system, people management, operations, pricing and stock control.
