    Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager looking for your next venture?


    We’re recruiting for a leading company specialising in blown fibre and cable ducting solutions for telecoms, power and civils sectors. With over 30 years experience, they design manufacturer and deliver class leading passive network infrastructure systems. They’re recruiting for a Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands and Wales.


    Key objectives:
    Business Growth and Strategy
    Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
    Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
    Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential customer needs.
    Manage and prioritize leads to convert them into sales opportunities.


    Client Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
    Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
    Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.


    Sales and Lead Generation
    Develop a sales pipeline and track progress towards business development goals.
    Qualify and prioritize leads, setting up meetings and presentations.
    Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.


    Collaboration and Reporting
    Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
    Monitor and report on business development performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.


    Key Skills:


    Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Cables and Telecoms industry
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.


    Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
    Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
    Familiarity with CRM software
    Analytical and research-oriented mindset.
    Strong presentation and proposal development skills.

    Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


    Package:


    Negotiable depending on experience.
    Bonus Structure will be discussed at interview stage.
