Are you a target driven Branch Manager hungry for more?

Are you experienced with Brickwork Ancillaries, Structural Waterproofing, Formwork Accessories and more?

We’re currently recruiting for a supplier of specialist building products founded in 2012. They are looking for a Branch Manager, you will manage the day to day running of the branch with a particular focus on sales performance and customer service, with the ability to lead by example and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service.

Package:

• Negotiable base salary for the right person around £50K
• Company Pension
• 25% Bonus
• Mobile
• 25 days holidays + stats

Key Responsibilities:

You will be a self-motivated individual who can embrace change and motivate others to do so. You will have a proven track record in meeting targets, building strong relationships with customers and exploiting business opportunities.

Key Skills:

• Previous branch management experience preferably within the construction industry
• Great interpersonal skills, tenacious and level-headed with the ability to manage a varied team
• A level-headed decision maker who understands the importance of people in the successful running of a business
