Are you a Business Development Manager looking for your next move?

Are you based in the Southeast, Essex, East/South London area?

We’re currently recruiting for a manufacturer of acoustic, insulation and external wall insulation. They’re looking for a Business Development Manager to cover Essex, East & South London and Southeast.

Principal Responsibilities

• You will be the “on the ground” driving force for the growth of the business within the Southeast of England.
• You will be required to identify and build relationships with key installers so that their project requirements are serviced through your distribution customer base.
• Working hand in hand with key sub-contractors, funnelling project requirements through an aligned distribution network

Knowledge & Experience

• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, installers and colleagues
• Construction industry knowledge, ideally within fire, thermal and acoustic insulation.
• An aptitude for understanding complex specification and technical details associated with the design of the building envelope.

Package

• Negotiable base salary
• 25% bonus
• Pension
• Company car (hybrid or electric) or Car Allowance
• 25 days holiday + stats
