About Our Client:
Our client is a leading European brand in sustainable plaster, render, and external wall insulation for the construction industry. They operate in over 30 countries with a turnover of around €2.6 billion.
Role Overview
This is a field-based role covering South Wales & the South West. You’ll need to be self-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to manage your own schedule and build strong relationships with key customers.
Responsibilities
- Sell products to architects, contractors, merchants, and applicators.
- Set targets for your accounts and adjust plans as needed based on market strategy.
- Provide product training to customers.
- Identify and manage contract leads in the developer sector.
- Plan visits to customers and optimise account potential.
- Record visits and keep comprehensive records in the CRM system.
Experience & Skills
- Experience or interest in moving into external sales.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand product range and application.
- Strong planning and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Excel.
Personal Attributes
- Assertive and results-driven.
- Energetic, positive, and engaging.
- Strong team player, but able to work independently.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines.
Remuneration
- Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience).
