Salary: £25,400 (Negotiable)
Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, Office-based
Holidays: 23 Days + Statutory Holidays
Job Purpose:
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will work with our clients marketing, business, and technical departments to develop and implement engaging campaigns. With a focus on driving our online presence, you will play a crucial role in enhancing awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist the team in creating and implementing impactful marketing campaigns.
- Digital Platform Oversight: Manage and optimize digital platforms to increase engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality digital content, including social media graphics, email templates, and promotional materials.
- Collaboration: Work with business development and technical teams to align marketing plans with business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse metrics to optimize campaigns and report on performance.
- SEO and Market Research: Support SEO initiatives and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, deadlines, and meeting coordination.
- Training and Strategy Implementation: Help train team members and implement company marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Education: Degree in marketing or related field preferred; Diploma/Certificate considered.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Office 365, Excel, Adobe Suite, and WordPress is advantageous.
- Creativity and Design Skills: Eye for design, with video editing capabilities and an understanding of visual aesthetics.
- Communication and Time Management: Strong written skills, with an organized approach to handling multiple projects.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data to identify trends and inform strategy.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsive to change.
- Self-Motivation and Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and adapt, with the ability to accept and act on feedback.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Familiarity with Google Business Tools, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp/Spotler, WordPress, SEMRush, and HubSpot.
