Do you have experience managing a team of 13 accounting professionals?

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading supplier of roofing materials in London and the surrounding areas. They are looking out for a qualified Finance Manager to join their team in Hanwell.

Key objectives:

• Sit at the head of the finance and accounting team
• Manage a team of 13 accounting professionals (7 permanent based in London, 6 Contractors working overseas)
• Act as Financial Counsel to executive management
• Delivery of comprehensive financial reports
• Oversee the production of monthly management accounts
• Manage all aspects of Treasury and cash flow
• Report on budgets, expenses, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Business plan development based on finance reporting
• Budget management and reporting
• The collection and interpretation of financial data

Key Skills:

Qualifications and skills required:

• Specialist qualification such as CIMA, ACA or ACCA
• Qualified by Experience and have worked with the finance sector for several years
• A degree in one of the following academic areas: Accounting & Finance, Mathematics, Management, Business Studies or Economics.

• Commercial awareness
• An eye for detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in negotiation.

Package:

• Negotiable base salary – we will give you a guide but our client are open to a discussion
• Discretionary Profit related bonus which could yield up to 10%
• Pension + Life Insurance + Private Medical + Death in Service

• 20 days holidays + stats which increases with service
