We are looking for a Head of SHEQ to lead Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) strategies across three sites. You will be based in Swadlincote, with frequent travel to Cookstown (NI) and Cwmbran (South Wales).
Salary: Up to £70k (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a strong SHEQ strategy aligned with company goals.
- Set clear SHEQ objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Inspire and manage the SHEQ team, ensuring a positive safety culture.
- Design and implement SHEQ policies to ensure compliance across all sites.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.
Knowledge & Experience
- 5-7 years of SHEQ management experience, ideally in construction or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of SHEQ regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
