We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Housebuilder Account Manager to  join our clients team. Our client is a manufacturer of Building Products and a supplier of hard landscaping and aggregates.

Principal Responsibilities

• Engaging with designers on projects at an early design state with a clear focus on their ranges in order to generate specifications and opportunities.
• Secure orders and deliver sales for the products through effective project management and taking full responsibility on agreed projects.
• Using market understanding alongside quantitative and qualitative research to effectively target key market sectors to drive and direct our commercial and marketing activities

What we’re looking for

• Deep commercial understanding of the UK hard-landscaping and housebuilding market with the ability to translate insight into effective account strategies.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting landscaping, site layout and construction drawings, supporting accurate specification and project planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with natural talent for building strong relationships across housebuilder, contractor and distributor networks

Package

• Excellent base salary negotiable for the right person
• 10% bonus
• VW Tiguan or Car Allowance
• 5% pension
• 25 days holiday + BH
