Our client is an independent builders’ merchants, and they are looking for a Kitchen & Bathroom Commercial Manager to oversee the operation of Kitchen & Bathrooms. With a portfolio of 9 contemporary showrooms across the South Wales area.
As the Kitchen & Bathroom Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy for our kitchen and bathroom products. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing the overall profitability of the division.
Duties include:
- Increasing sales and profit across all Showrooms and relevant product categories through the delivery of profitable sales levels and the setting of showroom targets and sales development strategies.
- Attracting, retaining, recruiting and leading a positive and motivated workforce.
- You will be responsible for 3 Business Development Managers covering our trading areas, so a proven track record in driving and motivating external sales teams is essential.
- Developing valuable relationships with suppliers, negotiating best buying terms on behalf of the Company and monitoring Showroom stock profile.
- Collaborating with Marketing on promotional campaigns to increase profitable revenue streams and showroom footfall.
- Ensuring all showrooms are complete and that displays reflect market trends and maximise sales potential.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.

- You need to possess excellent management skills.
- Proven track record in delivering sales on kitchens and bathrooms, both to existing customers and new.
- Highly knowledgeable and ambitious individual who can take the showrooms to the next level, whilst ensuring that both Trade and Retail customers receive the highest levels of service.
