Do you have experience in selling to Architects, Specifiers, Contractors, Social Housing or Local Authorities?
We’re currently recruiting for a market leading manufacturer of membranes who have a well-established product within the roofing and walling sector. They are looking for a National Facades Specification Manager to cover London.
Package:
- Negotiable Base Salary for the right person

The main purpose of this role is to support the continues growth of the business. Our client is looking for an experienced specification manager to their growing team. This is a newly created role and has the potential to progress into managing the Specification team as this area of the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through calls, visits, CPDs, exhibitions and external lead providers.
- Promote and sell the benefits of our systems and specifications to a range of clients including architects, specifiers, local authorities, housing associations etc.
- Manage and grow the territory’s sales pipeline, accurately tracking projects to improve hit rate and grow revenue.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of current and future market trends, industry legislation and competitor capability.
- Research and identify new areas to develop.
- Build rapport and strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers in your territory, selling the value benefits of our products.
Key Skills:
- Experienced & successful specification salesperson with a proven track record of building sales areas and exceeding targets
- Ideally with a background in Facades/EWI
- Ambitious and passionate about our brand
- Must be highly driven and have a determination to succeed.
- Highly self-motivated and clear communicator in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
