Our client is a leading roofing and construction manufacturer in the UK. They’ve been supplying quality products nationwide for over 15 years. They’re looking for a National Specification Sales Executive to join the team.

The Specification Sales Executive role will be pivotal in this continued growth and this role is suited to candidates who are looking to create and run their own area. This is a varied role and our client is open to highly experienced specification sales people however, they will also consider candidates who are looking to progress their career even further within the specification route.

Principal Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through calls, visits, CPDs, exhibitions and external lead providers
• Manage and grow the territory’s sales pipeline, accurately tracking projects to improve hit rate and grow revenue.
• Build rapport and strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers in your territory, selling the value benefits of the products.

Knowledge & Experience

• Experienced and successful specification sales person with a proven track record of building sales areas and exceeding targets.
• Ideally with a background in Facades/EWI
• Highly self-motivated and clear communicator in a fast paced and dynamic environment
