We’re looking for an Internal Sales person with experience in selling to both the trade and the public, as well as strong knowledge of plumbing, heating, and bathroom products. This is an exciting opportunity with a well-established plumbing merchant in Bromsgrove.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow Sales: Drive sales and increase trading numbers.
- Customer Service: Maintain high customer service levels and support both new and existing customers.
- Manage Operations: Handle a variety of customer demands while ensuring profitability.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
- Stock Management: Assist with stocktakes, audits, and maintenance records for branch vehicles.
- Branch Maintenance: Help with housekeeping, warehousing, and merchandising.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer Service Focus: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Sales Skills: Ability to proactively engage with customers.
- IT Skills: Confident with MS Office.
- Experience: Knowledge of plumbing & heating products (both domestic and commercial).
- Organisational Skills: Good communication, organisation, and time management skills.
