Our client has been making acoustic, fire, and thermal insulation for building facades for over 45 years. They’re now looking for a Project Development Manager to lead their early engagement team.
In this role, you’ll manage a Business Development Team Leader and five Project Coordinators, helping to spot and develop new project opportunities from the early stages.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new project leads in line with the company’s commercial goals
Track and develop leads through early project stages
Build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and main contractors
Make sure Salesforce is kept up to date with all relevant contacts and activity
What You’ll Need
Project management training or qualification
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems (desirable)
Background in the construction industry
Strong reporting and analysis skills
Good knowledge of key players in the industry
Understanding of passive fire protection and regulations
