🏭 Industry: Manufacturer of Hydraulic Mortar, Plaster, and Render
We’re looking for a Quality Compliance Officer to supervise the QC lab technician and assist with basic testing at a leading manufacturer of hydraulic mortar, plaster, and render.
What’s on Offer
- Base Salary: Negotiable
- Profit Share Bonus
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 – 16:30 or 09:00 – 17:00
- Holiday: 22 days + Statutory Holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the QC lab technician and provide cover for basic testing.
- Oversee and improve ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems, including arranging audits.
- Generate Safety Data Sheets and Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) using specialized software (training provided).
- Submit packaging waste data to environmental regulators.
- Generate CE marks for products with support from QC and management.
- Create COSHH risk assessments for materials used in the factory.
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Enjoy working in an office environment and using your expertise.
