If so this could be the role for you.
We are currently recruiting for a manufacturer within the M&E industry. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Southeast. You will be responsible for delivering budgeted sales and margin by executing sales plans in assigned geographical area and/or segment.
You’re main focus is to on relationships and selling to Distributors whilst developing “pull” sales through contractor/installer visits.
Key responsibilities:
- Build Network
- Builds customer network working with Existing National and Regional Independent Distributors to develop a sustainable customer portfolio to develop sales in the area.
- Identify quality leads
- Develops Branch and Regional sales plans with the distributors.
- AGREES and TARGETS key new and existing customers.
- Can be assigned as project owner.
- Develop quotation, calculation
- Commercially astute
- Receives and tracks information about project
- Visit with tech advisors & contractors
- Stay informed about tenders / projects and feeds information to the Distribution chain
- Formulates required price / product strategy to win the orders
- Providing after sales support
- Regular visits with Distribution base and Contractors to ensure issues / problems are resolved quickly and effectively
- Stay close to project / end users (operational contacts)
Key Skills:
- Good technical knowledge and know- how
- Excellent knowledge of Distributors and how they operate – A “Trader”
- Cultivates and builds customer relationships
- Knows competitors’ portfolio and its pro’s and con’s
- Knowledge of CRM system

- Up to £53,000 base salary
