Are you a OEM Business Development Manager looking for your next role?

We’re looking for a OEM Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands to join our clients team. Our clients are the leading supplier of solutions for fire protection and high performance insulation.

The OEM Business Development Manager is responsible for managing the relationship and business strategies for accounts for the respective segments.

Principal Responsibilities

• Business and commercial management
  • Executes account sales plans in support of business segment strategy
  • Drives growth by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
• Financial Manager
  • Is responsible for the implementation of the agreed annual budget and price/margin management in the assigned area under the supervision of the Regional Manager
• Staff and Organisation Development
  •  Is a team player working closely with colleagues and exchanging best practices.
• Keep up to date with competitor information and market trends.
• Identifies business opportunities for the organisation.
• Works productively in high-pressured environment.

Skills/Experience

• Proven track record as a sales rep within the marketplace
• Able to demonstrate the ability to network and build relationships
• Solution based selling – closing deals
• Masters Degree
• 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical/engineering environment
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in written

Package

• Negotiable base salary
• 20% bonus
• Pension
• £600 pcm car allowance
• 25 days holiday + stats
