Principal Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with leading architects, developers, specifiers, energy assessors, and industry bodies.
Partner with the National Specification Manager to engage top-tier national housebuilders and their technical teams.
Keep our CRM up to date with accurate project records and insights.
Collaborate closely with commercial teams to maximise every opportunity.
Attend key industry events – some evenings, weekends, and overnight travel required.
Knowledge & Experience
A natural ability to connect and build trust with architects, contractors, and housebuilders.
A real interest in the construction industry – you live and breathe it!
Top-notch communication and presentation skills – you know how to win hearts and minds.
Resilience under pressure and a get-it-done attitude when it comes to tight deadlines.
