    Our client is a leading European brand specialising in sustainable plaster, render, and external wall insulation for the construction industry. With a presence in over 30 countries and a turnover of €2.6 billion, they are looking for a Specification Sales Manager to cover the South East, Home Counties, and East Anglia.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Identifying potential customers, architects, and specifiers who are involved in construction projects that require EWI and render. Developing a strategy to target and engage with these key stakeholders.
    • Establishing and nurturing relationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, developers, and other relevant decision-makers in the industry.
    • Networking, attending industry events, and arranging meetings to promote the products and services.
    • Educating specifiers and stakeholders about the benefits and features of the EWI and render. Demonstrating how these products meet building codes, regulations, and environmental standards while enhancing the performance and aesthetics of buildings.

    What’s on Offer

    • Up to £60k (depending on experience)
    • C. 40% bonus

    • A demonstrated background working in the building materials sector
    • Good presentation skills

    • Ability to understand product range and application
