If so, this could be for you!
We are currently recruiting for a client who is an established company that specialises in innovative insulation systems based in Birmingham. They are mainly involved in Government funded schemes that involve measure such as solid wall/under floor and roof insulation.
They are looking for a bright, motivated submissions manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The right candidate will play a critical role in managing their ECO submissions and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the submission of ECO measures, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with Ofgem and internal standards.
- Process receipt of measures, send compliance reports to installers, and manage their feedback.
- Support new installers in understanding the submissions process and ensuring their adherence to compliance requirements.
- Handle ECO compliance queries via email and telephone, providing clear and accurate guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with installers, fostering collaboration and compliance.
- Assist in notifying Ofgem of submissions and ensuring all regulatory obligations are met.
- Respond to exception requests from Ofgem, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Any other duties as directed by the head of department or senior management.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in managing ECO submissions or a similar role within the utility industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in all submissions and reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- A solid understanding of ECO compliance requirements and the ability to learn and apply new regulations as needed.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
