    Are you a Technical Inspection Manager looking for your next venture?

    We’re currently recruiting for an established company that specialises in innovative insulations systems based in Birmingham. They are mainly involved in the Government Funded Schemes that involve measures such as Solid Wall/ Under Floor and Roof insulation.

    They are currently looking for a Technical Inspection Manager to be based at home but cover the North of the UK.

    Job purpose:

    Onsite and remote Technical Inspection Reporting. Ensuring insulation systems are installed to specification and material compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Carry out technical training, online technical inspections of approved installers. Offer practical advice of a technical nature, either directly or via the Technical Services Department and onsite to uphold the Company reputation for technical excellence.
    2. By regular video call / face to face customer contact, build and maintain customer relationships protect and support in the company’s sales and position in the market. 
    3. Monitor customer activity to ensure the customer’s full potential is realised.        
    4. Respond promptly to customer complaints or grievances, including end user complaints.  Liaise with other departments to ensure the effective and speedy resolution of any problems.  Complete formal written reports of your finding for technical monitoring customer complaint and commercial analysis.

    1. Maintain high levels of installation quality through regular visits and monitoring of qualified technicians on site.

    4. Timely completion and high quality of administration including Outlook diary updated with planned appointments, non-compliant installer reports.
