Ann Fisher on Why Sharples Davies: As a business we wanted to identify potential new colleagues who would fit into our team and build our sales strengths, the brief was to find candidates in a geographical area who could become part of the family at Truline and bring sales skills. We operate in the Building products market where our customers are resellers and it was important to keep that in the scope as their needs and relationships are varied and often demanding.
