Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: North (Birmingham upwards)
We’re currently recruiting for a manufacturer of plasterboard and drylining materials. They’re looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager covering the North of the UK – from Birmingham up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver divisional sales targets and budgets, driving commercial success across the region.
- Travel across the region, with occasional national and international travel as required to support key accounts and business initiatives
- Manage a small, high-performing Regional Merchant team of 2 direct reports
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in Account Management and Business Development, with proven commercial success.
- A well-established reputation in the marketplace and the ability to build strong relationships and networks
- Solid technical understanding of building construction, building regulations, and drylining systems.

- Excellent negotiable base salary depending on experience for the right person
