Our client is looking for someone who can run this showroom with energy, initiative and a commercial eye to join their team. Looking for someone who understands that good design matters, but great relationships and follow-through are what drive results.

Principal Responsibilities

• Running day-to-day operations of the bathroom showroom
• Leading and coaching junior staff to drive sales and service
• Managing your own team in the showroom
• Supporting customers with design advice and product recommendations

Knowledge & Experience

• Experience in a bathroom, kitchen, interiors, or design showroom
• Sales focused with good commercial acumen including margin management, supplier relationships and stock management
• Creative flair and interest in home design
• CAD experience (e.g. Virtual Worlds)

• Excellent negotiable base salary depending on experience
