    Title: Accounts Assistant

    Location: Leeds

    Hours: 37.5 hours per week

    Package: Negotiable up to £32K

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Set up and maintain new customer and supplier accounts
    • Assess and approve new credit applications, regularly reviewing and adjusting credit limits
    • Process sales and purchase invoices
    • Manage supplier payments and customer receipts

    Knowledge, skills & experience

    • Strong numerical and analytical skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Effective organisation and time management
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working in a similar role
    • Aware of confidentiality requirements
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
