We’re working with a leading construction industry manufacturer, and they’re seeking a Project Specification Manager to join their team. They are open on location so if this job sounds like something for you apply today!
The primary function of this role is to support the business’s specification strategy. You are the face of the business for these channels, supplying a professional, proactive and positive service to customers, always putting the customers first.
Principal Responsibilities
- As a Project Specification Manager, you will be responsible for the management of key specification stakeholders within your nominated region.
- To create demand via specification for our product portfolio and system solutions to ensure growth in all relevant applications.
- Seek and develop new opportunities with targeted specifiers, design teams, and architects to add to the portfolio.
Knowledge & Skills
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and sectors, especially relating to market trends, opportunities, threats, and competitors’ activities; and provide appropriate communication and direction to internal departments.
- Develop close relationships with customers, continually adding value to such relationships, thereby ensuring continued customer loyalty
