    We’re currently recruiting for an independent builders merchant. They’re looking for a Business Development Manager to cover Colchester and the surrounding areas.

    The business development manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships. They’ll play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence and ensuring the satisfaction of both new and existing customers.

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Generate new sales leads
    • Build a pipeline of new customers to sustain business growth
    • Control maintain and increase sales in staff portfolio
