Our client is a one of the UK’s most respected plumbing business with locations spread across the UK. They’ve built a reputation as a specialist merchant of plumbing, heating and bathroom products for the trade and retail. They are currently looking for an Assistant Profit Centre Manager to be based at their Northampton branch.
What you’ll be doing
- Grow sales & Trading numbers
- Have the capability to manage and deliver to a wide range of customer demands, whilst driving sales and maximising the Branch’s profitability
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained in Branch by providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
What you’ll need
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service with a hands-on customer focused approach
- Proactively engage with existing and potential future customers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
