We’re currently recruiting for a manufacturer. They’re looking for a Specification Executive to cover London & Southeast.

Principal Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with leading architects, developers, specifiers, energy assessors, and industry bodies.
• Partner with the National Specification Manager to engage top-tier national housebuilders and their technical teams.
• Keep our CRM up to date with accurate project records and insights.
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to maximise every opportunity.
• Attend key industry events – some evenings, weekends, and overnight travel required.

Knowledge & Experience

• A natural ability to connect and build trust with architects, contractors, and housebuilders.
• A real interest in the construction industry – you live and breathe it!
• Top-notch communication and presentation skills – you know how to win hearts and minds.
• Resilience under pressure and a get-it-done attitude when it comes to tight deadlines.
