We’re working with a leading manufacturer in the construction industry, and they’re looking for a Head of Business Development to join their team.
Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of self and others whilst working
- Adhere rigorously to reporting procedures.
- Management of Business Development Managers/Consultants, ensuring that sales targets and KPI’s are met.
- Arrange and chair monthly retrofit sales meetings.
- Grow existing portfolio of customers as well as increase the business opportunities within current customer base, identifying opportunities to increase specification of products and networking to develop both existing and new market areas.
Key Knowledge
- Clean, full driving license
- Knowledge of building practices /regulations
- Experience of selling to the house-building sector
- Knowledge and understanding of Key stakeholders in the supply chain
- Able to interpret construction drawings & details
