We’re currently recruiting for a well-known manufacturer. They’re looking for a Director of Commercial Sales.

This is a new leadership role. The focus is on the building envelope for higher-risk and complex buildings.

You’d be sitting on the Operating Board of the business.

Principal Responsibilities

• Commercial strategy & margin contribution ownership
• Market creation and specification
• Product & proposition development
• Regulatory and technical leadership
• Team leadership

Person Specification

• Proven commercial leadership
• Track record of winning specification with the design chain
• Experience in owning a proposition end-to-end
• Hands on approach, leading from the front with an entrepreneurial attitude

Package

• Negotiable base salary
