Area Sales Manager | Waterproofing | South East

We’re currently for a manufacturer of liquid waterproofing and surfacing systems. They’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover London and the South East.

You’ll oversee sales and operations in the South East, develop and implement growth strategies, and manage clients, key accounts, and contractors.

Principal Responsibility

• Ethically develop and build the business within the allocated area
• The candidate to be well versed in selling via the sales specification route
• Oversee project procurement from outset to conclusion
• Ethically develop and build the business within the South East

Key Skills

• Experience working within the waterproofing/flat roofing/parking/balconies/flooring sector
• Professional, friendly and resourceful approach having an outgoing personality and strength of character
• Good understanding of liquid-applied waterproofing and surfacing systems
• Computer literacy
