We’re looking for a self-motivated, proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to cover the Midlands region for our client. Our client is a manufacturer of Building Products and a supplier of hard landscaping and aggregates.

Principal Responsibilities
- Take ownership of growing and strengthening the brand across the Midlands region, increasing awareness and demand for the company’s manufactured product range.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with both independent and national builders’ merchants, ensuring consistent engagement, product visibility and commercial growth across depot networks.
- Increase the volume revenue and margin of the products through the generation of new specifications and business within the residential market in line with company targets and budgets.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience within the construction materials, landscaping, or building products sector, with a strong understanding of brick and hard landscaping product markets.
- Established network of contacts across builders’ merchants and installer communities, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth.
- Demonstrated success in a field-based sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets within a defined territory.
Package
- Excellent base salary negotiable for the right person
