We’re currently recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to be based at our clients branch in Northampton. Our client is a well respected plumbing business.
Principal Responsibilities
- Grow sales and trading members
- Have the capability to manage and deliver to a wide range of customer demands, whilst driving sales and maximising the Branch’s profitability
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained in Branch by providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
Knowledge & Experience
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service with a hands-on customer focused approach
- Proactively engage with existing and potential future customers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
Package
- Excellent Negotiable base salary depending on experience
