Commercial Manager/ Director | Insulation | Can be based anywhere

We’re currently recruiting for a manufacturer of insulated panels, roof panels, wall panels,  cold store panels and sandwich panels. They’re looking for a Commercial Manager/Director to join the team.

The role will be to establish the UK market for our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a huge multinational company that is already for long-term investment in the UK.

Principal Responsibilities

• Establishing the target and budget based on country and product, conducting the necessary studies, and directing the team to reach the targets
• Developing & coordinating the local sales team to make and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base
• End-to-end monitoring of the sales process, after-sales services (shipment, finance),
• Providing support in line with the needs of the team in terms of costing and planning in the proposal processes,

Knowledge/Skills

• Ideal but not essential bachelor’s degree from Engineering departments of universities (ideally Civil Engineering),
• 7-10 years of sales, export/import experience in insulated metal panels and building materials market (additional building envelope project management experience will be preferred),
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport

• The package for this role is completely open for negotiation
• Negotiable base salary
• Bonus

• Hybrid company car – car allowance isn’t an option
