We’re currently recruiting for a Manufacturer of cavity fire barriers, passive fire protection and insulation solutions. They’re looking for a Commercial Support Executive to be based at their office in Leeds.
You will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts through relationship-building, consultative support and business development.
Principal Responsibilities
- Customer Management & Support
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, preferences and challenges by making customer focused calls which you will then pass on to the relevant Technical Sales Managers.
- Own and maintain the company CRM system as the primary administrator, ensuring all customer, prospect, and opportunity data is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Customer Engagement
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with customers to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Make appropriate targeted outbound calls to customers to review activity and to progress project tracking data.
- Growth & Retention
- Identify opportunities to expand customer use of products and services
- Partner with sales, product and support teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaboration & communication
- Work closely with internal and external departments to resolve client issues and to track projects, sales and opportunities
Key Knowledge
Required
- Proven experience in account management and in identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and feed qualified leads to the sales team.
- Ability to analyse customer data and identify trends or opportunities
Preferred
- Knowledge in fire cavity barriers
- Experience with working with cross-functional teams
