Profit Centre Manager | P&H | Aldershot

We’re currently recruiting for a Plumbers merchants who specialises in plumbing, heating and bathroom products.

They are looking for a Branch Manager to run their Aldershot branch. This is a brand-new branch, and you will be leading all day-to-day operations of the branch.

Principal Responsibilities

• Setting local strategy to drive sales, customer growth, and margin
• Managing the site team across sales, warehouse, admin and delivery.
• Building strong relationships with local trade customers and key accounts.
• Controlling stock profiles, purchasing, site overheads and forecasting.

Knowledge & Experience

• A confident people leader with experience either running a trade/merchant site or within senior sales for plumbing, heating or bathroom supplies.
• Commercially sharp – you understand P&L, margin, cost control, and what it means to run a profitable operation.
• Passionate about customer service and building long-term local relationships.
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable making decisions at pace.
