    We’re currently recruiting for a manufacturer of paving, walling and facing bricks. They’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the West Midlands.

    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for securing orders for the products by engaging and influencing key customer groups, including groundworkers, housebuilders, civil/builders’ merchants and approved stockists.

    Knowledge & experience

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction or building products.
    • Experience in CRM and data management
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
    • Familiarity with merchant networks and construction site environments is a plus.
